The amount of shipping costs will be displayed as part of your order process. If in an order an incorrect postage and / or a corresponding delivery method has been selected, we reserve the right to change the postage to the country-dependent amount or to correct the delivery method.
If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of goods in Austria takes place within 2 - 5 weeks, for foreign deliveries within 2 - 6 weeks after order confirmation. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If articles with different delivery times have been ordered, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have an individual agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time, you have ordered.
PAY
The debiting of your credit card account takes place upon completion of the order. Deliveries abroad may incur duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price displayed. Note: Please note that any fees (for example for money transfer) will be borne by the buyer.

The return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.
Each garment is subjected to careful quality control during packaging, so that we can exclude any damage, contamination or the like on our part. Accordingly, a careful and appropriate treatment of the clothes on your part is a prerequisite for the return.
Please understand that we can not take back clothes that are contaminated, worn (more than just fitting), washed or chemically cleaned by you.
Any damage to the garments caused by improper fitting will be charged to the customer.
ATTENTION: Custom made and custom made orders are generally excluded from exchange!
PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION
We generally ship in neat cardboard packaging. If you still notice obvious damage to the packaging when accepting the delivery, we ask you to note this on the delivery note of the parcel service - e.g. "Packaging damaged - takeover with reservation". Only then can we claim damages from the carrier for transport damage.
Should it be clear when taking over a damaged parcel that the goods are damaged as well, we ask you not to accept the delivery and note on the delivery note "Packaging and goods damaged - package not accepted". In this case, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone so that we can jointly determine the further course of action.
